How To Setup
Connecting your printer to a WiFi network allows you to print documents wirelessly from your computer, laptop, or mobile device. While the exact steps may vary depending on your printer model, the general process is similar for most devices.
First, make sure your printer is turned on and placed within range of your WiFi network. Open the settings or menu on your printer and look for options such as “Network,” “Wireless,” or “WiFi Setup.” Select your WiFi network from the list of available networks and enter the correct password.
Once the printer is connected to the network, you may need to install or update the printer drivers on your device. This helps your computer communicate properly with the printer. Drivers are usually available on the official website of the printer manufacturer.
After completing the setup, print a test page to confirm that the connection is working properly. If you experience issues, restarting the printer and router may help resolve common connectivity problems.

Fix Paper Jam Issue
A paper jam is one of the most common printer problems that can interrupt your work, but it is usually easy to fix with the right steps and preventive care. This issue typically occurs due to improper paper loading, using unsuitable paper types (such as damp, curled, or overly thick sheets), worn-out rollers, dust buildup, or even small foreign objects inside the printer. To resolve a paper jam, first turn off and unplug the printer for safety, then open all accessible panels to locate the stuck paper. Gently pull the jammed paper out in the direction of the paper path, making sure not to tear it and removing any small fragments if it does tear. Next, check the paper tray by removing and reloading the paper neatly, ensuring the guides are properly aligned. It’s also important to inspect the printer’s interior for dust or debris and clean the rollers with a soft, lint-free cloth if needed. Once everything is cleared, close all covers securely and restart the printer. To prevent future jams, always use good-quality paper, store it in a dry place, avoid overloading the tray, and perform regular cleaning and maintenance. However, if paper jams continue to occur frequently, it may indicate a deeper mechanical issue, and professional servicing may be required to fix damaged internal components and restore proper functionality.
